Taniesha Delph, LMSW, CASAC
Founder Taniesha Delph received her Masters Social Work Degree at Fordham University. Taniesha was born on the Island of Jamaica and currently resides in New York where she works as a Behavioral Therapist.
Taniesha passed her LCSW exam one year after passing her LMSW exam and is currently obtaining her hours. Taniesha Delph has successfully assisted social workers in passing their license exam.
Taniesha also tutor freshman and senior social work students from different states. In addition she provides support and guidance to individuals who are taking their Credentialed Alcoholism Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) examination, in a group, online and individual settings.

Natalia Giraldo, LMSW
Natalia Giraldo completed her Master's and Bachelor Degree in Social Work from the University of Puerto Rico. She relocated from Puerto Rico to Phoenix, Arizona to continue her career in the Clinical Field. Natalia studied with Envision Pass materials and passed the LMSW exam on the first try. The need to study for the LMSW exam and have a full-time job and other responsibilities became a possibility.
Natalia now assists Spanish-speaking and bilingual social workers from Puerto Rico and the United States that are seeking a license to work in the Social Work field. Natalia is an energized and a dedicated social worker who provides tutoring sessions with the needed motivation and test-taking strategies.

Irena Raagas, LMSW
Irena was born and raised in a relatively small city in Florida, but as a girl looking for more big city adventures she decided to attend college up North in Philadelphia, PA, where she received her BA in Psychology cum laude (with honors) from Temple University. Irena attended the University of Southern California via the Virtual Academic Center where she received her Masters of Social Work degree. Irena currently resides in Georgia and works at the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Social Worker.
Irena understands the anxiety that one can experience when "you know you need to pass the ASWB exam!" Irena was given a year by the VA to obtain her LMSW or she could possibly face termination. Irena successfully passed her exam on the first try and have worked with customers who have the same experience of needing their license to maintain their employment.
Our tutors provide free consultations mainly focused on concerns, exam preparation and encourages our customers to maintain a positive mindset when preparing and taking their exam.
